Chapel Hill-based gourmet food and gift retailer Southern Season plans to build a $6.3 million warehouse at the N.C. Industrial Center in Mebane.
Triad Business Journal reports that the 108,000-sq. ft. structure will bring 45 jobs and replace an Orange County facility.
Late last year, the city of Mebane approved up to $90,000 worth of incentives for the company for Southern Season.
