Drees Homes has announced that John H. Nance will be the new Raleigh division president of the national homebuilding company. Nance will manage and oversee all aspects of the division, including everyday operations, sales, marketing, construction and customer care.
The announcement says Nance’s home building industry experience includes 16 years at D.R. Horton as area manager, Raleigh division president and most recently VP of acquisitions.
The announcement follows the promotion of David Hausfield to Drees Southeast region president.
