Frampton Construction Company says it has started building a 204,000-sq. ft. industrial structure at Eastgate 540 industrial park in Knightdale, developed by Trinity Capital Advisors.
The concrete tilt wall/structural steel frame building will have a 32-foot clear height, with 50 dock doors and two drive-in doors. It is is the seventh and final building in the park, and the fourth built by Frampton Construction.
Eastgate 540 is beside Interstate 540 in Raleigh’s East Wake submarket and totals 1.2 million sq. ft. Trinity Capital has sold three buildings at the site, and there are agreements in place for the disposition of the four remaining buildings once construction and delivery near completion.
Merriman Schmitt Architects completed the design for the buildings, and Advanced Civil Design, Inc. provided civil engineering services. Construction is expected to conclude in May 2022.
