Carl Gibilaro has joined DRMP as a Project Development and Environment Analysis (PDEA) Practice Leader to head its PDEA services.
Along with leading all of DRMP’s PDEA projects, Gibilaro is also responsible for marketing and business development to grow the firm’s PDEA presence in its service areas, project management, technical oversight of staff production, managing client relations and mentoring project engineers.
A graduate of North Carolina State University, Gibilaro has extensive experience with managing PDEA projects in accordance to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements. With over 24 years of experience, he has also served as environmental task leader, planner and project manager for several NCDOT and municipal PDEA projects, the company says in a news release. Gibilaro’s background also includes transportation planning, route feasibility, alignment studies, environmental assessments, drainage studies and pavement marking plans.
