Charlotte-based South-Fair Electric, focusing in commercial, industrial and residential electrical construction in Charlotte and the Southeast, recently completed its acquisition of Vector Electric Company, a provider of industrial electrical construction.
“Vector’s reputation has been stellar,” Edward DiMartino, South-Fair’s executive vice-president, said in a news release.

The news release said South-Fair has continuously devoted itself toward providing customers with honest and competitive pricing, quality workmanship, as well as service.
DiMartino said that Andy McClure of Vector Electric Company has been a pleasure to work with these past several months.
“For the past few years, we’ve been supplementing each other’s workforce, so South-Fair seemed the logical choice,” says McClure in the statement. “We have similar values and I have found Ed DiMartino to be very sensitive to the customer’s needs.
