Cortland Partners has acquired nine apartment complexes in Charlotte.
The company paid for $273.9 million to buy complexes totaling 3,265 units, reports Charlotte Business Journal.
The acquisition included eight properties sold by McDowell Properties, and one sold by Laramar Group.
