Construction has begun on a nearly $30 million apartment complex within the Heritage golf community in Wake Forest, reports Triangle Business Journal.
The project is being developed by Atlanta-based multifamily developer TWO Capital Partners.
The new apartments, called Capital Creek, will be located near Heritage Middle School on Rogers Road and will take about 16 months to build. The first tenants are expected to be able to start moving in early 2016.
