Innovative Solar has received all necessary approvals for the construction of a massive 80 megawatt (MW) solar farm project in Anson County, North Carolina.
Innovative Solar 37 LLC is the solar farm project located in the middle of the state that will generate enough electricity to power about 20,000 medium sized homes.
Innovative Solar Systems Managing Partner and CEO John E. Green states that this will be one of the single largest solar farms to ever be built in North Carolina.
The solar project will incorporate approximately 300,000 solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, eighty inverters.
Cost of the building project is about $180 million.
