Choate Construction to be tenant of west Raleigh building it constructed

Choate Construction, which has built the new, four-story Wade III office building in west Raleigh, will become one of the building’s tenants as the project is completed, according to published reports.

Qlik Technologies will take the 26,000 sq. ft. top floor. The Triangle Business Journal reports the building has pre-leased about 50 per cent of its space.

“The four-story office building will encompass 105,000 sq. ft. and is the first addition to Wade Park since 2008,” Choate has reported on is website. “Designed by architecture firm Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, the steel-framed building will be clad in architectural precast, brick-clad precast and curtainwall. The building will be built to LEED Gold certification standards and also includes a table-top parking structure and all site infrastructure.”
