Choate Construction Company has issued a news release reporting on senior leadership appointments.
Dave Knudson is taking on the role as companywide director of strategic pursuits. The news release says he will focus on procuring and managing nationwide project pursuits. “He will also aid Choate’s senior staff in managing large, complex projects where his vast experience can be leveraged across a broader spectrum within the company,” the statement said.
Meanwhile, Tom Plant has joined the Raleigh office as division manager.
“Tom is a true team player with an immense knowledge of the construction industry,” Choate president Dave Priester said in a statement. “With over 30 years of experience, Tom brings operational savviness combined with a dedication to collaborative, relationship-based contracting to the position.”
“With the transition to 100 percent employee ownership, Choate is poised to grow both geographically and internally,” Priester said. “The diverse expertise each senior leader brings to Choate Raleigh further enhances the already well-established team. We are thrilled with this exciting new era of Choate while we continue to maintain the vision and core values the company was founded upon.”
