Florida-headquartered Kaufman Lynn Construction says it has opened an office in Cary.
The contractor said in a news release that Bryan Ardner, vice-president of preconstruction, will lead the North Carolina office. Originally from Tiffin, Ohio, Ardner moved to NC in 2009. He began his construction career by working in the field in 1978 and has since held positions with Danis Construction/RN Rouse and Lathrop Construction.
The news release says Ardner has been instrumental in the construction of many healthcare projects, corporate offices and critical space data centers.
“The past year has been an exciting time for us as increased demand for new projects has required us to expand our regional presence and executive team,” company president and CEO Michael Kaufman said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to secure and promote top notch construction industry professionals who bring a fresh perspective, varied project experience and the highest level of commitment to excellence to Kaufman Lynn. They will help us to continue advancing our clients’ visions beyond their expectations.”
Established in 1989, the firm says it delivers construction services for multifamily, senior living, country clubs, educational, municipal, healthcare, faith-based, retail and commercial markets.
