The N.C. branch of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) has recognized two projects in Winston-Salem.
The projects include 751 West Fourth office building, which was selected as the N.C. Building Project of the Year, and the Hill Hall Renovation and Student Success Center project at Winston-Salem State University, which was recognized as the N.C. Green Project of the Year, reports Triad Business Journal.
The awards were two of three “Cornerstone Awards” presented at the 2015 NAIOP Statewide Conference held in Pinehurst.
