Trinity Capital Advisors buys 33-story office building in Charlotte

Trinity Capital Advisors, jointly with DRA Advisors LLC, acquired a 33-story office building in Charlotte.

400 South Tryon is 584,315 SF office building, located in the heart of downtown Charlotte. It is currently 92% occupied, with Duke Energy serving as majority tenant.

The building is located in downtown Charlotte, positioned between the center of the city and downtown’s popular cultural district, just steps away from Romare Bearden Park, BB&T Ballpark, and Bank of America Stadium.

The acquisition follows Trinity Capital’s recent announcement of the firm’s latest development project, 1000 South Tryon, a 300,000 SF class A office build-to-suit in South End at the corner of South Tryon and Morehead streets.

In addition, the company is developing 215 International Drive, a 274,000 SF industrial building in Concord and a 300,080 SF build-to-suit for McKesson Medical Surgical in Riverwalk in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
