“The enhancements will transition the city-owned parking decks into a modern and connected operation, better suited for the post-pandemic era of hybrid workplaces and employee flexibility,” said former parking manager Matthew Currier. “These upgrades will speed up the exit process and reduce frustration for customers waiting in line.”
Upgrades include several new features designed to improve convenience and efficiency:
- Fully automated systems: New technology from Skidata Inc.
- Expedited entry and exit with faster payment processing times.
- 24/7 live support.
- Multilingual support and payment options.
- ADA-compliant screens: Large, color displays enhance accessibility for all users.
Improvements are expected to set a new standard in urban parking solutions, underscoring the city’s dedication to convenience and customer satisfaction.
