The North Carolina Construction Career Day has been scheduled for Oct. 7 at the Cabarrus Arena and Event Center in Concord, near Charlotte.
The event, in honor of October “Careers in Construction Month”, expects to attract more than 800 high school and college students.
NASCAR Driver David Starr will be the guest speaker as the career day will run the week of NASCAR’s Drive for the Cure 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
