Navion Senior Solutions, a Triangle-based operator of senior housing, and NorthView Partners, a general contractor, teamed up to build a senior residential project at North Hills.

The Reserve at North Hills will be a five-story center with 189 units that will feature a range of independent and assisted living options along with a movie theater, spa, pool, billiards and a bistro, The News & Observer has reported.

The partners have acquired 8.49 acres on St. Albans Road, between Wake Forest Rd. and Hardimont Dr. for the residential project. The complex will be spread out over 265,000 sq. ft.

“We have lived in this area for the better part of 30 years and operated senior housing communities in this area for most of that time,” Steve Morton, Navion’s president and CEO, said in a statement. “It has been a dream of ours to build The Reserve at North Hills and we are excited to work with like-minded, mission-driven partners such as NorthView to make that dream a realty.”

Construction is slated to begin this spring and is expected to be completed in 2020.
