LeChase Construction Services has announced that it named John Carter to chief estimator for its Southeast region.
Carter, LEED green associate, will continue utilizing his in-depth skills to further enhance the company’s preconstruction efforts. He will oversee the estimating process for all Southeast region projects, including both hard bid and negotiated, and will continue standardizing procedures and methods to ensure quality, efficiency and consistency.
Carter joined LeChase in 2012 as a senior estimator and brings more than 34 years of vast industry experience to his new role.
The Southeast region includes LeChase’s offices in Raleigh-Durham and Charlotte.
