Kisco Senior Living plans to build a 142-acre mixed-use project at the former Jefferson-Pilot Life Insurance Co. campus near Sedgefield in Greensboro.
The Pilot at Sedgefield is a massive-mixed use development that could include everything from apartments and town homes to a boutique grocery store and hotels, reports Triad Business Journal.
Kisco has already filed a petition to annex the property into the city of Greensboro and will file for rezoning soon.
The project would be a collaboration among several developers, including Kisco as master developer, and take five years or so to build out.
