Kane Realty Corp. is preparing to begin construction of a 20-story office building in the Midtown district of Raleigh, N.C.
The company has secured about an $84.7 million construction loan to build the building, Tower IV. The 326,600-square-foot office project will rise 18 stories at 4000 Front St. within the North Hills mixed-use development.
The building will have office accommodations above an eight-story as well as will feature 880-space parking deck and around 8,200 square feet of ground-level retail space.
Adjacent will be a 570,000-square-foot residential tower rising 32 stories. The building will have 10 levels of boutique hotel rooms and 22 levels of luxury apartments.
Construction is expected to be completed in summer 2020.
