IBX Development, which owns the Moss Landing Marina in Washington in Beaufort County, plans to build a 120-slip dry storage just a mile away.
The steel building, Inner Banks Marina, will be able to accommodate boats up to about 30 feet long, reports The Waterways Journal.
WIMCO Corp. will be responsible for the construction work.
