The City of Greensboro’s Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (HND) is looking for qualified developers for the acquisition and development of affordable housing units located at 1004-1028 John Dimrey Dr.
An online Request for Proposals (RFP) was released Dec. 2.
This project should address the community’s housing needs and enhance the surrounding area.

A virtual pre-submittal conference is scheduled for Dec. 17 and an on-site conference is Dec. 18. Both conferences are optional. Also, a written question-and-answer period closes at 4 p.m. Dec. 22.
RFP responses will be assessed based on applicants’ experience in multi-family rental housing experience. Responses must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Grant Duffield at Gr************@gr***********.gov by 4:00 pm on Jan. 14, 2025.
