The Daniels Company recently purchased SouthPark’s iconic 6201 Fairview and will occupy 7,800 sq. ft. in their new building.
The deal was brokered by Trinity Partners’ Dunn Mileham on behalf of the building’s owner, an affiliate of The Lionstone Group.
Trinity Partners’ Rhea Greene, who leases 6201 Fairview on behalf of the landlord, was originally working Daniels Company to lease space within the building when they decided they were interested in purchasing it.
CBRE’s Mike Fahey and Barney Earles served as The Daniels Company’s brokers.
Rhea Greene will continue to lease the building. The Daniels Company awarded property management duties to Trinity Partners, with James Hollins taking over management responsibilities, assisted by Erin Wemple.
