Construction is underway at the North Carolina Leadership Academy (NCLA), a STEM charter school in Kernersville, reports The Business Journal.
Grading has started at the school’s site on a 39-acre tract at 4353 and 4345 High Point Road, which is located just east of the Union Cross Road/Highway 311 interchange.
The facility is slated to be ready in June, said Jim Davis, a broker with Brown Investment Properties who helped the NCLA find a site.
