Alliance Residential has started construction of a 260-unit apartment project in Charlotte, The Charlotte Observer reported.
Called Broadstone Queen City, the apartment development is being built on a 1.9-acre site at South Tryon and Morehead streets. The apartments will include studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with amenities such as a gym, pool with sun deck overlooking the skyline and bike storage, the publication reported.
The building is expected to open in the spring of 2020.
Meanwhile, Alliance is building 345 apartments on Wilkinson Blvd., called Broadstone Bryant Park, near the Broadstone Queen City development.
