Construction has started on a 205-unit apartment complex at the N.C. Music Factory in Charlotte.
Owners Woodfield Investments and the Ark Group expect an 18-month construction schedule, Chad Hagler, who oversees apartment construction and development for Woodfield, told the Charlotte Observer.
Meanwhile, AvidXChange will start work on its 200,000 sq. ft. headquarters in the same area. The developers have a goal of making the Music Factory a true live-work-play environment.
