Berkadia has arranged $54.11 million in construction financing for Gateway at Charlotte Park, a new 284-unit market-rate apartment community in Charlotte.
Gateway at Charlotte Park will be built by a joint venture between Coral Reef Investment Properties and Brown Investment Properties.
Greensboro-based KMW Builders will be the contractor, with Charlotte-based Housing Studio, PA serving as the architect.
