Brasfield & Gorrie says it has recently relocated its Raleigh office to 3800 Glenwood Ave., across the street from the company’s previous office. The 24,000 sq. ft. space increases the office’s seat count by more than 52 percent. The office includes a dedicated training room, 16 conference/huddle rooms and an enlarged breakroom, the company says in a statement.

The contractor completed construction on 3800 Glenwood in the spring. It is a five-story, 118,000 sq. ft. office building with a four-story parking deck, a covered walkway to the building, walkable retail and dining options, an on-site fitness center with locker rooms and showers, and art showcasing North Carolina artists. A restaurant will occupy the first floor, and the second-floor tenant’s space includes an outdoor terrace. Brasfield & Gorrie occupies the third floor.

“Our new office will encourage connection among our employees, and it also offers plenty of space for meeting and collaborating with our clients and trade partners,” said Brasfield & Gorrie regional president Scott Duckworth.

Brasfield & Gorrie says it has worked in Raleigh for more than 30 years and established its local office in 1998. Notable recent projects include Crabtree Terrace and St. David’s Middle School. Currently, the contractor is building numerous projects in the Raleigh area, including the vertical expansion of WakeMed Cary Hospital.
