The Beck Group says it has opened a new regional office in Charlotte.

The company says its work in Charlotte began in 2016 in partnership with Atrium Health and has evolved since into opportunities with clients such as Pappas Properties, The Keith Corp and Iredell Health System. “The Beck Group is excited to create a base of operations for architecture, construction and consulting services in Charlotte to better serve local clients and share its passion for designing solutions and building communities,” it said in a statement.

“We are continuing record growth, providing quality delivery and growing integrated projects,” said Beck Group CEO Fred Perpall. “Being close to the client is essential.”

Charlotte-based Sean Wilson, The Beck Group’s national director of healthcare, will lead the new regional office alongside operations manager Jeff Ratcliff and Todd Lehmann, Principal of Architecture, who first relocated to Charlotte in late 2018.

“Healthcare is a strong, sustainable market for all of our regions and proved the catalyst for our initial move to Charlotte. However, shortly after arriving we recognized immense opportunity in Charlotte, and it was clear why people are drawn to this city and its surrounding communities,” said Wilson.

“We’ve really enjoyed working with The Beck Group,” said Eugene Woods, CEO of Atrium Health. “And now that they’re in Charlotte we can continue to create exceptional buildings and environments for our patients and their families.”

The Beck Group looks forward to growing its business in Charlotte and is eager to establish itself as a trusted partner among local businesses and communities alike, the statement said.
