Barker & Lovette has started constructing the first of two office buildings on a recently rezoned commercial site on west Raleigh’s Trinity Road.
Real estate investor William Barker is a principal of Barker Realty and partner at Barker & Lovette.
The two-storey structure at 5734 Trinity Rd. to be completed by March, will have 25,000 sq. ft., reports the Triangle Business Journal. The 2.4 acre site can accommodate a second identical building in a future phase.
The city building permit lists Newcomb & Company as the mechanical contractor and Plumbology Works, LLC for plumbing, with Duke Lazzara Development, LLC responsible for the right of way (sewer links).
