The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of the Carolinas is offering a four-day course to introduce participants to the essentials of the project management discipline.
“The course structure effectively combines introductory lecture and discussion with hands-on application of useful project management principles, tools, and techniques through applied case study exercises,” says the announcement. “The course covers the basics of all project management life-cycle processes including: project initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and control, and closing.”
The program, which can accommodate 20 students, is at the David Allen company office, 150 Rush St., Raleigh, Thursday and Friday, June 16 and 17, and Wednesday and Thursday, June 29 and 30.
The course fee is $1,300 for ABC Carolinas members and $2,300 for non-member.
