Construction is progressing on Catalyst Biltmore Village, a 281-unit multifamily development in Asheville, with project partners recently marking milestones on site as the community begins to take shape.
The development, located at 115 Fairview Road, is designed by BB+M Architecture and will offer a mix of modern apartments with high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and integrated smart home technology.
Project teams recently gathered on site to recognize construction progress, celebrating workers with awards, raffles and a team event highlighting ongoing efforts at the Biltmore Village location.
Once complete, the community will feature more than 10,600 square feet of shared amenity space. Planned features include coworking areas, a fitness centre with yoga studio, a rooftop lounge and a saltwater pool. Additional amenities are set to include a pet park and spa, outdoor kitchen and bike storage and repair facilities.
The site sits near the intersection of Interstate 240 and Interstate 26, providing access to key employment and entertainment areas, including downtown Asheville, the River Arts District and the Haywood Road corridor.
