Construction employers in the Carolinas will soon likely face an unprecedented push to increase union participation, lawyers from Nexsen Pruet say as they issue an invitation to a webinar on current labor law issues.
The April 20 webinar “will discuss labor law issues related to the push for unionization.”
William Floyd, with support from John Davidson and Eric Biesecker, will discuss federal infrastructure funding, project labor agreements and the PRO Act.
