Wheelock buys 316-acre planned community in North Carolina

Wheelock Street Capital, a residential real estate investor, has demonstrated its confidence in the potential of the Research Triangle of North Carolina with the purchase of a 316-acre planned community, reports Greenwichtime.com.

The firm has has acquired Jordan Pointe in Apex, N.C., from NVR, parent company of NVHomes and Ryan Homes, according to the news report.

The single-family development is approved for 440 residences, all of which will be built by NV and Ryan.
