Toll Brothers, Inc. has revealed plans for a new luxury townhome community, Toll Brothers at the River District, to be built in the River District of Charlotte. The community will include 63 three-story townhomes, with prices starting from the $500,000s. Construction of the Sales Center and model homes is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025, with sales expected to start later that summer.

“We are excited to launch this new chapter in modern living at the River District,” said Ryan Switzer, Division President of Toll Brothers in Charlotte. “Our stunning townhome community is perfectly situated next to the Catawba River with easy access to uptown, so buyers can create their dream home and experience a lifestyle where convenience meets nature in this vibrant master-planned community.”

The new development is part of the 1,400-acre River District, which will offer residents access to scenic trails along the Catawba River. The community is designed to provide a blend of modern living with close proximity to natural spaces. It will include various amenities, such as multiple pools, a clubhouse, a dog park, a playground, and walking and biking trails.

Toll Brothers at the River District will also provide easy access to major highways, including Interstate 485 and Highways 74 and 160, offering convenient travel to Uptown Charlotte and the airport.

The new townhomes will offer two design options, with layouts featuring 3 to 4 bedrooms and up to 2,280 square feet of living space.
