Third & Urban has teamed up with Angelo Gordon to develop a 260,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use project in Charlotte.
Called Lower Tuck, the $80 million building will be built on the city’s west side. The property is located along Tuckaseegee Road between Jay and Gesco streets, two miles west of downtown Charlotte.
The project calls for conversion of the existing four-building property into office, showroom and retail space. The developers secured a $48 million construction loan from Cadence Bank for the project.
The development and design team includes Smith Dalia Architects, civil engineer LandDesign and general contractor Gay Construction.
Construction on the project is set to begin this summer with completion expected in summer 2021.
