The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified developers to build “attractive, sustainable energy-efficient” rental housing on a city-owned lot at 15 Summit Ave. This property will be made available through a long-term land lease.
To be considered, proposals must set aside at least 20 per cent of the total units within the development as affordable rental units to low-income households earning no more than 60 percent of the Area Median Income.
