Overland Contracting, an engineering, procurement and construction company, is building its headquarters in Garner.
The company is investing $8.4 million in its facilities that are being built to support more than 90 of the company’s professionals.
As a result of investment, 89 new jobs will be created in Wake County over the next three years.
Overland Contracting is engaged in providing comprehensive engineering, procurement and construction services in energy, water and telecommunications.
The company’s leadership and management team will operate out of the new Garner Headquarters. New employees will include project construction positions and operational associates to handle procurement, finance and human resources.
