NorthPoint Development has broken ground on a $129 million industrial park in Kernersville, about 10.6 miles from Winston-Salem.
Work on the 1.5 million sq. ft. Piedmont Commerce Center, is expected to be completed between the fourth quarter of 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, REBusiness Online reports.
The project includes four buildings at Macy Grove Road and Salem Parkway ranging from 246,879 sq. ft. to 669,081 sq. ft.
