LeChase Construction Services, LLC says it has promoted Seth London, regional operations manager in Durham, as vice-president.

The company says London will lead efforts to expand LeChase’s business in the company’s southeast region with responsibility for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships; overseeing daily operations; and “ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations,” a news release says.

London has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and has served as LeChase’s regional operations manager since joining the firm as part of the 2016 acquisition of local Lendlease operations in North Carolina. He has extensive background in all phases of building construction.

“From day one, Seth has been a great fit with the LeChase culture and our efforts to deliver excellence,” said LeChase president William L. Mack. “He understands the importance of building trust and long-term partnerships with clients, and we are excited about his ability to further build our business in the southeast region.”

London has an MBA in finance, as well as a B.S. in construction engineering and management, from North Carolina State University. He also has LEED AP (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design accreditation) from the U.S. Green Building Council.
