Beacon Partners says it is developing what a published report describes as a $25 million distribution center for Campbell Soup Company on a 33.8 acre Pineville site.
A Sept. 13 building permit indicates that Intercon Building Co. LLC has been issued a $9,220,000 permit to construct the 525,000 sq. ft. warehouse at 10230 Pineville Distribution St. The overall permit (including subtrades) is just under $10 million. However, the Charlotte Business Journal puts the project’s value at $25 million.
Subtrades include: Electrical – Belk and Son Elec. E F; mechanical – United Mechanical Corp. and plumbing – Herlocker Mechanical Systems. There is an overall contract permit value of $9,975,000.
Sean McDonnell, director of build-to-suit at Beacon Partners, was quoted in the business publication as saying that the building will be ready for delivery in August, 2019.
