Innospec, a manufacturer of chemicals for personal care products, has started construction of two warehouses in city of Spencer.
The facilities are expected to be completed before the end of the year, the Salisbury Post reports.
“The permits say two 30,000-sq. ft. warehouses, and that’s actually going on,” Vic Jameson, the vice-president of manufacturing in North America, told the Post. “We’re in a design phase of a new corporate global technology center. It will take a while to build that, but sometime next year we ought to be occupying it.”
The permit, COMM-08-18-058664, shows that C S Bradshaw Construction Co. is the general contractor.
