The City of Greensboro and Guilford County are working in partnership to build the WCNCC, a community-centered space for learning, recreation, and neighborhood-based public-health and social services.

Samet Corporation has been hired as the construction manager at risk for the WCNCC, a joint-use recreation, library, and aquatics facility to be built at the site of the existing Windsor Recreation Center.

Nocho Park will also be rebuilt on the same site. Samet, in partnership with United Maintenance Group and Cate Services, will assist in pre-qualifying companies to work as subcontractors on the project, which has a construction budget of $65 million. For questions, contact Nneka Paige at npaige@sametcorp.com or 336-544-6784. Learn more about the project at www.greensboro-nc.gov/wcncc.
