DRMP announces new principals

DRMP, Inc., a civil engineering and surveying firm, has announced the promotions of Glenn J. Lusink, Mark D. Prochak and Mark E. Puckett to principal.

“These three professionals are real-life testimonials of what dedication, commitment, hard work and perseverance can achieve,” said DRMP president/CEO Wayne D. Chalifoux. “More importantly, each of them exhibit the character and tenacity to work for the greater good of DRMP including our staff and clients.”

Joining DRMP in 1984 as a survey crew member, Glenn Lusink has been vital to the expansion of the firm’s survey and mapping/geomatics and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services, the company said in a news release. He will continue to lead the survey and mapping/geomatics and SUE division in his new role as principal with a three-fold vision for the firm: “to continue growth in the geomatics/civil engineering industry through innovation, technology and mentoring the firm’s future leaders.”

As principal, Mark Prochak will be heading the firm’s transportation division and regional engineering offices. He has successfully managed major limited access and highway design projects since his start as a senior project manager in 2001. Additionally, he’s managed successful design-build projects and pursuits. In his new position as principal, Prochak envisions continued growth in the division’s regional engineering offices by “providing strong mentorship and quality engineering solutions.”

Starting in 1999 as the sole, full-time construction engineering inspection (CEI) employee, Mark Puckett led the growth of DRMP’s CEI division. As principal, he will focus on the overall growth of the CEI division and manage the firm’s quality assurance program with a vision “centered on the firm’s strategic growth while instituting a quality level of service that is measurable companywide.”
