The N.C. Department of Transportation has awarded about $21 million worth of repaving work in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union and Anson counties, reports Charlotte Observer.
It is among the $82.5 million worth of projects awarded statewide in recent weeks by the DOT.
Work on these contracts can start July 1 and must be completed by next June.
