Corinth Holders High begins $5.8 million expansion project

The Johnston County Board of Education has approved a $5.8-million construction project for the Corinth Holders High School.

Construction will start this month and will take up to a year to complete, according to a report by The Wilson Times.

The board accepted the bid of $5.8 million by Washington, N.C.-based Wimco, which was the general contractor for the original school.

The school, located in Johnston County near the Wake County town of Wendell, has an enrolment of 1,928 students.
