ContraVest started construction of a 321-unit luxury apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The community, named The Addison at South Tryon, has two and three story buildings, which consists of studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment rental homes.
The Addison at South Tryon is officially open for tours and features a luxury pool with sundeck, social fire pit, poolside gourmet gas grills, a high-tech athletic club with free-weights, Internet Café with iMacs and PCs, billiards, a sports entertainment room, gaming stations and tanning studio.
