Construction has started on a 318-unit apartment complex in Morrisville, according to a report from the Triangle Business Journal.
The project, called the Residences at Shiloh Crossing, is funded by Dominion Realty Partners. It spans more than 48 acres between Perimeter Park and Imperial Center.
The property will consist of six apartment buildings, a resident clubhouse, a fitness center, coffee bar, and a swimming pool with sundeck and grilling area.
Unit amenities will include nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, ENERGY STAR appliances, washer/dryer, storage, balconies or patios, and walk-in closets.
