The developer wants to start the construction early next year on the 1213 Morehead building, across from the southbound I-77 exit ramp, The Charlotte Business Journal and Charlotte Observer have reported. The two firms announced the project earlier this year.
The building will feature ground-floor retail space and 55,000 sq. ft. of office space.
