Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. is preparing to start a major construction project in North Carolina, according to a report from AL.com.
The Villas at Mallard Creek in Charlotte is an eight-acre, $21 million luxury apartment home development with five buildings and 10 different types of units. There will be 179 units total, along with a clubhouse, leasing house, fitness center and pool area with a cabana and grill, according to the report.
Capstone Building CEO Jay Chapman told the publication that the company is “very excited” to get started.
