CAGC membership thrives despite COVID-19 pandemic

The Carolinas Associated General Contractors (CAGC) reports healthy membership renewals and record-breaking new member applications despite COVID-19.

“With 2020 firmly in the rearview mirror, there is a renewed interest in joining the Carolinas AGC,” the association said in a statement. “In the first month alone, we experienced a record-breaking number of new members making the membership commitment.”

The association listed 16 new members who joined in the 90 days before Feb. 10.  Meanwhile, CAGC reported a 95 percent renewal rate, “near an all time high”.

CAGC says “our renewal percentages for the bulk of our member companies running at 100% for general contractors based outside the Carolinas, 97% for general contractors based in the Carolinas, 95% for specialty contractors and 92% for suppliers/service companies whose memberships lapsed Oct.1 of last year.”
